Law of Attraction Relationships

Nanette Geiger, Law of Attraction Coach , writes…

Most of people think that having the THING; soul mate, perfect job, big home, unlimited vacation time, will satiate our wants. It is actually the STATE we will have once we have that THING.

If you know how to energetically cut to the chase, flow that energy, essence, feeling state beforehand, you will be in the mindset of attraction and start to show the Universe what you truly desire to manifest into your life.

What type of vibration do I harmonize with for manifesting my ideal work (especially when I don’t even realize what that is yet?) If you need the help of a Law of Attraction Coach, by all means go get it! Using an independent listener to check in with will help you move off outdated patterns much more quickly.

What kind of visualizations do I play in for allowing in the perfect life, e.g., the dream property for my retreats, the perfect outcomes for my current job, better relationships with my boss and co-workers, manifesting the ideal committed love relationship?

I always recommend that you write down what you and how you want to be as a result of having acquired that which you want. What types of emotions do you desire to experience, and become as particular as you like. If you see resisting energy surfacing when getting specific, just back tone your thoughts down to a more general scope. And take a look at the resisting energy. Using the Law of Attraction is hugely powerful for Relationship Attraction, and is not hard to understand.

The Universe sees what you desire – you desire peace flowing to you in the various forms wellbeing can take in our physical experience – lots of wealth and freedom, artistic expression, love and connection, expressing our talents in the world with inventions, designs, and generosity of every sort. It’s our God-nature to create and express in the world. The nature of God is infinite expression and unboundedness, and your nature is the same.

At times we don’t truly know precisely what we want. For example, in work, in a relationship, in the body, etc. But what we DO know is how we desire to feel as a result of that more general desire.

Wellbeing is our natural state. We have all been told to cut it out for many reasons, primarily our upbringing. All is well, now we know that we can consciously choose our state of being. Instead of being at the effect of what’s happening ‘out there.’ It is an inside job, remember?

Let us say you have begun to ponder what this experience (having what you desire) feels like. And you’ve flowed your attention and intention into place around that subject or subjects.

The biggest clarifying question we can ask ourselves to become attractive and magnetic to our desires is: “How will I feel once I have what I want?” Thoughts are electrical in nature and they project. Feelings are magnetic in nature and they attract.

One Shocking Trick You Need To Manifest Desires

Once people learn about the law of attraction, they tend to give it shot and focus on improving their lives. But they are not satisfied, and start to question what they are doing wrong. Below are some helpful tips to fulfill your dreams and goals by applying the law of attraction in your everyday life.

After studying on the law, you may begin to notice that visualization is greatly needed in order to manifest desires in your life. However, if you are trying to build a beautiful palace on top of a foundation of sand, you’re going to have problems. It also applies to the law of attraction and visualization. If you want be rich, but you do not believe it can happen, you will not manifest desires. Just believe that you can make your desires and dreams come true, then soon enough your life will start heading in the direction  you want.

This won’t be a fun exercise, but write down what life would be like in the future if your belief continue to go against your desires. You have to be specific in describing how miserable your life would be : lonely ,poor and exhausting. Living such a miserable life, what feeling will you have? Feel how horrible that would have you feel and really get into it.  When I tried this, I cried.

Then, take out another sheet of paper and write down what you want in your life. Immerse yourself into this as you did earlier. This activity will make you feel good. You would be so immersed when you thinking about how great life can be when your dreams are realized. You can’t get too specific in manifesting your desires.

Then you should decide which life you prefer. Burn the first negative paper. After burning that piece of paper, you will instantly feel so much better. Take the second sheet, and remind yourself to read it everyday and your on your way to achieving it.

I cannot emphasize how powerful this little secret is and the huge impact it can have on your life. So , act on it right now. Just remember your limiting beliefs may be out of awareness. Want to make your dreams happen in a better way? This tip will help you.

How To Stay Inspired Beyond The First Few Steps

Whatever your goals may be, staying motivated is essential in conquering these goals. Whether you are trying to lose weight or start your own business, staying inspired through the process may be a little harder as time goes by. It may not be hard to get motivated when you first begin, it’s carrying this inspiration beyond the first phase of your goal that may be hard. However, if you are dedicated to achieving your goal, read on for more tips on how to stay motivated.

Push yourself forward, even when you feel like you’re not making progress. Pushing through the tough spots will help you get to where you want to be, even if it doesn’t feel like it now. For instance, are you trying to lose weight? You may have even sought out a personal trainer for help. Stay patient on your journey. Remind yourself that it probably took years to gain the weight and it will take time to lose it.

Continuously envision your goal. What is your ultimate aim? Have you been trying so hard to reach it that you’ve just been getting lost in the chaos? Getting too preoccupied with the technicalities of reaching your goal can be consuming. Make sure that you think about your ultimate goal while you are going through the motions.

Plans sometimes change. You may have thought that pregnancy first would be your priority in your adult life, however, you may have been too consumed with your career. Evaluate your priorities and use patience as a means to reach your goal.

You may feel a bit discouraged when it seems like you’re not getting anything done right. However, stop this thought process and simply believe in your ability to achieve. If you do not believe in yourself, it will be hard for others to believe in you. After all, you will teach people how to feel and think about you.

Remind yourself of the things you’ve done right. Remember the successes. Keep track of all of the things you’ve succeeded in doing and all that you’ve accomplished along your journey so far. This will help you push out self-doubt from your thought process.

Get help when you need it. You can not do everything on your own. This is applicable for starting your own business, or if you’re simply trying to put your new sleigh beds together. Avoid unnecessary frustrations by seeking the help of people who know what they are doing. When you are not stuck on a problem area trying to resolve it for what seems like forever, it will help you stay motivated easier.

Why Should You Set Goals?

Here is a great life coach melbourne

Wonder why some people just do not have access to one inch from what they dream to be? Blame it on pure dreaming and lack of definition of goals to achieve their dreams.

Setting goals is a very significant part of success and positive accomplishments. It is like scaling a 20 feet building and marking early on what feet you would like to reach at this specific period.

People who set goals literally create a map to achieve their purpose in life, marking where to start, where to stay, where to delve a bit, and where and when to stop. Once this map is created, it allows the map drawer to check where he is in the scheme of things and whether or not he is making some achievements that will take him closer to his goals.

By setting goals, people will know how they are doing and what they should be doing to achieve their targets or dreams in life. They will know if they can relax or if they have to double their efforts when they are falling short of what is expected of them. Setting goals means a person who is active in solving problems that may affect his plans.

Being proactive means one is able to outline possible difficulties that may occur as solutions to those difficulties. By doing this, a person is not easily scared or defeated when challenges occur because he has already prepared for them. He knows they can happen and he has prepared a solution or strategy when that time comes.

Setting goals will enable people to track their progress in whatever endeavor they have set out to do. This will help people become more confident in themselves and more motivated to achieve their plans.

However, goal setting is not enough, as it should be accompanied by a positive outlook and self discipline. A person may have a blueprint of where he wants to go, but if he does not have the necessary discipline to carry out the plan, then nothing will come out of it.

To be successful in goal setting, the goals that one has set for himself should be realistic and based on his capabilities, as well as selected and important external factors. Too ambitious in setting goals can be unrealistic and difficult goals to achieve. However, do not also set goals that are too low because this might discourage one’s vision instead of achieving it. It is also necessary that the person setting the blueprint for his direction should also include a time frame within which the goal will be achieved. This way, he is able to determine if he has to fast track his strategies or to slow down a bit.

Goal setting will also help a person check if he is performing within his plans or if he is doing things towards the achievement of his plans. Once you have achieved something, even a little of what you hoped to achieve, then you should always give yourself a pat in the back to keep you motivated. But do not be too complacent with any little achievement, as this may cause you to backslide.

Setting goals can be used in any aspect of one’s life – from one’s personal or family life, to his career and finances. Goal setting can be as simple as setting a target weight when you wish to lose pounds or something big, like earning your first million. When setting goals, it is always important to set standards that would suit your present situation, your capabilities, and other factors that may influence the achievement of your goal.

3 Must Have Secrets To Use The Law Of Attraction

The world is governed by seven Laws. One of these laws is the Law of Attraction (The Law of Perpetual Transmutation). What exactly is the Law of Attraction about? Pretty much everything consists of energy, from soil to the birds flying above us to the nails on your fingertips.  All things you see and feel is made up of real energy.  If you broke things down from molecules to atoms, eventually energy will be the only component remaining.

So exactly how does energy relate to the Law of Attraction?  Think about it, there’s no substantial substance adhering your emotions and values together. All your feelings and ideas include 100 % pure energy. If the universe is made up of pure energy, can’t we use our thoughts to create reality?

Our beliefs and emotions invite the bad and the good things that happen to us.  You are responsible for everything that happens to you.  You might be thinking, so how did I attract that stubbed toe I got this morning , ran out of toilet paper and on top of that spilled coffee on my favorite blouse? Stubbing your toe created a chain reaction of bad emotions that generated a rough start to your day. However, having optimistic thoughts can trigger a chain reaction of positive events in your life.  Getting started with your day with the optimistic view on your life can bring about a good morning.  You have to begin thinking that you can control the outcome of your day by keeping track of your beliefs and emotions.

You will discover three steps that happen to be imperative components to the Law of Attraction.

Ask: It is imperative that you picture in your head what you want to occur. The world would not be aware of what to provide you unless you ask for it.

Answer:
You need to without a doubt believe that whatever you’re asking for is for sure going to happen.  Any lingering doubts or anxieties is going to prevent you from manifesting your goals. Know that the Universe has solutions for what you want.

Receive: You shouldn’t expect to have what you’re asking for is going to fall in your lap.  To be able to make your dreams come true, you should try really hard to take part in getting what you want. Don’t let chance slip by, when you see an opportunity, don’t hesitate!! Let life happen and be thankful for it as if you have already receive what you want.

Manifesting Your Dreams: A Reality?

Whether or not people believe in it, the law of attraction is pretty popular these days. It’s everywhere you look and some people love it, others hate it. Manifesting your dreams is possible, many have proven this, but what about the naysayers?

There are some very good reasons that manifesting may not have worked for some people. If they were thinking and focusing on the negative, then the likelihood of that happening was far more than the positive. We tend to think more on the bad things in life and that’s what can keep a person in the negative loop, with only bad things happening. There are many more reasons for this, but in this article we will be looking at how you can actually make your dreams come true.

What happens to some people is they don’t realize that you have to take action to make things happen. There are always opportunities opening the way to make our dreams come true. Sometimes, though, we are too focused on the whole business of having a dream that we totally miss the open doors.

Example: A young person decides he wants to see the world. He works hard on this, imagining it every day, but nothing happens. He is offered a job at the local bakery, but turns it down because he’s waiting for his dream to fall into his lap. Really, the job would have given him the money he needed to take the trip. It was an open door that was rejected because he failed to realize that he had to take action.

For many, vision boards are a great way to set up a visual reminder to think on specific things. Sometimes people forget just want they “ordered” and a vision board is a great reminder of what we wanted. Looking back, you might realize that there are several things you wanted and achieved.

The world rarely works the way we think it ought to. That’s fine, as long as you can stay focused on your goal and remain happy and positive. It’s the best way to make sure things actually happen. It’s easy to lose track and feel hopeless when things don’t go your way, but you just need to trust that everything will work out the way it has to.

You have to take action in order to make the law of attraction work for you. Manifesting your dreams is going to take a bit more than just thinking and dreaming. Keep your eyes open for those opportunities that open up and don’t let them pass you by. It will take a while to get to where you’re going in most cases, but it is well worth it in the end.

How to be Responsible Coach..

Michael Korda suggests Success on any major scale requires you to accept responsibility… In the final analysis, the one quality that all successful people have… is the ability to take on responsibility

Being a great coach is taking responsibility for ourselves as well as allowing our clients to take responsibility with regard to what they would like to realize. Coaches don’t have superhuman powers and definitely do not have the solutions to their clients’ dilemmas, but great coaches do have authentic power by means of their expertise to aid others – and with it, the responsibility – to guide individuals in the direction of their results. This is True power can be tapped into to help REAL individuals in the real world. Whenever we as coaches make use of this power responsibly we can support our clients create positive, lasting change in their lives.

Consequently, with this power to coach our clients in the direction of realising their personal and/or business goals and becoming more as individuals, comes responsibility. Great coaches assume all of them as part of the professional responsibility. Including everything from listening with intent, building trust, working with the clients’ agenda and keeping our personal agenda out of the process, giving feedback when required, believing in our clients’ potential, trusting our clients to find their own answers and always keeping them accountable, assisting them to celebrate every little win and always being present for them.

Here are a few things we could do to become more responsible coaches.

How to develop the more Responsible “You” in Yourself and your Clients

#1 – Increase your self-awareness.

Learn and acknowledge your own strengths and weaknesses to be able to view your own behaviour objectively and understand what you value. Acknowledge your own shortcomings, ask for feed-back, and make changes when required. The more self-aware you grow to be of all your characteristics, the more grounded you will become. As you become more grounded you will trust your own intuition more and so you will become more efficient as a coach.

Dr. Gerard Bell, business consultant and professor at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, advises us on how to develop our self-knowledge. He said, “Study yourself closely and practice self-assessment techniques to learn how you behave, and the effects you have on others. Ask others for their option, feedback, and suggestions to become a better coach.”

The wisdom is simple: the more we develop ourselves, the more we are able to offer, and the more we are able to assist others.

“Work harder on yourself than you do on your business.”

Jim Rohn

#2: Separate Your own Responsibility from your clients’ responsibility

Whenever we hear the word “responsibility”, we often believe that this needs to rest totally upon our shoulders. Within a coaching relationship this could not be further from the truth. As coaches we have a responsibility to our clients’ for being genuine, to have their best interests at heart and to enable them to achieve their objectives on their own terms and the greatest gift we are able to give would be to let them assume responsibilty for their own choices, their own journey and their own success.

Carrying the responsibility of coaching shouldn’t intimidate you. The ability to help others is what coaching is all about. Embrace the responsibilities that come with it and release the responsibilities that are not yours to take.

Nothing is accomplished by stressing about whether your clients realize their desired goals or not. Center on encouraging and inspiring them. Be their partner in their growth and on their journey. Brainstorm with them when it is called for, be their champion, pick them up when they fall. But ultimately, it is their own responsibility to assume responsibility for achieving their desired goals. You simply help them see and accomplish this state.

#3: Take Calculated Risks and Learn from Your Mistakes

Albert Einstein said “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. “ Doing things in a different way can be be extremely tough and we need to encourage our clients to take the potential risks even if they might fail. A willingness to risk failure is a core attribute of all successful people. As coaches we need to go ahead and take risks too and ask the hard questions.

Also, lead them to a more rewarding paradigm regarding failure. What is failure besides great feedback that our ongoing course of action is not the correct path? Use this information for course correction. Failure does not happen until we throw in the towel. If we don’t quit, then failure isn’t an option.

#4: Own and admit our mistakes

We live in a society where mistakes are not tolerated; this is a big shame because the greatest lessons and development come through our mistakes and failures. Everyone makes mistakes and makes the wrong choices from time to time; it is part of life. As coaches we make mistakes too and that’s OK provided that we learn from them and never make the identical mistake twice. A trainer on a coaching course I attended “gave” us each a “mistake bank account” with a credit of five thousand slips and what he said was take advantage of this account and make the mistakes, just don’t make the same one a second time. What an amazing gift he gave us and what an awesome gift we are able to give our clients when we help them understand this, help them to draw the necessary lessons and take corrective action from these mistakes, instead of allowing them to beat themselves up.

Not only does owning our mistakes and failures help us to be more honest and powerful in our own lives. Owning and assuming responsibility for them lets others see the integrity and virtue within us, and hence further gain their respect.
